boiled frog syndrome.....

We don't notice if  'it'  happens slowly, or if we do, we don't act. The frog in heating-up-water

doesn't hop out and by the time he gets the message he should, it's too late, he's boiled frog

or boiled New Orleans. In the later, the water was heating up for 300 years. Will we never

learn?
