this moment is all . . .

What an assignment....living in the moment without
yearning for something else, without clinging to feelings
or people , even letting go of people we love. Making this
moment be everything and then letting it go, no matter how
wonderful or fullfilling or exciting.

William Blake wrote:

"He who binds to himself a joy
Does the winged life destroy.
But he who kisses the joy
As it flies
Lives in eternity's sunrise."
