This spreading radiance of a True Human Being has great
importance. Look carefully around you and recognize the luminosity of souls. Sit beside those who draw you to that. Jalal Rumi
I've learned that cravings, like all things I guess, come and go. "All that arises ceases." Sometimes I take a nap, sometimes I take a run and a shower (sometimes just a shower), and sometimes I don't do anything, I just allow the craving to be--I don't avoid it, I just notice it and in so doing I disempower it. Sometimes.
And this is the noble truth of the arising of sorrow. It arises from craving … And this is the noble truth of the stopping of sorrow. It is the complete stopping of that craving … being emancipated from it.
